My son was driving my Honda CRV-EX to come get me out of the Emergency Room at Floyd Medical at 4:00AM and had an 8 point buck jump in front of him while he was traveling 65 MPH. It did major front end damage to my Honda CRV-EX. Mac McKenzie went the extra miles customer service wise to get my Honda towed to Styles and worked with the insurance company and Styles did a great job repairing my Honda. Just recently my air conditioning failed (just as the current heat wave hit) and another dealership tried to say a dead bird did it and it would be 795.00 to repair it. I refused to believe that and told them put it back together I am leaving. Then they said a few minutes later "You need to take it back to Styles, when they put in the radiator it wasn't done right and it rubbed a hole in the condenser. I took my vehicle there and Frankie and Mac were more than courteous and said no worries we will make it right. HOW REFRESHING TO FIND THAT THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO ARE HONEST AND HAVE INTEGRITY AND STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!!

A few weeks ago my oldest son was on the way to school when he hit a wet patch of road, hydro-planed, went down an embankment and hit a tree. I called my trusted mechanic Andy (manager at the AAMCO) and asked him to give me a list of shops I could take the truck to. He told me without hesitation that the shop he'd use if it was his truck is Styles Collision. So I had the truck towed to Styles and found out the next morning that the truck was totalled.
Exactly one week later two deer darted into the road in front of my Honda. I missed the first but the second ran into me at a dead run, demolishing the driver's side of my car from fender to fender. This time I didn't have to ask who to call.
Mac and Frankie were wonderful, keeping me informed of progress, making sure all of the insurance issues were handled and, most importantly, making sure my car was repaired properly. They were done in less than five days, and the work was flawless. They even buffed out my headlights at no extra charge so that I could actually see the road at night again! If you need collision work or just a new paint job, Styles will leave you satisfied. - Louis DeBroux
I got back from out of town and picked up my truck from Styles Collision. I have a GMC 2007 long bed pick up truck. The Styles Collision team put in a new spray-in bedliner in my truck and up and over the sides of my bed. I almost did not recognize the vehicle. It looked brand new with the new spray-in bedliner. What a wonderful job Frankie! I appreciate all of your hard work. I am thinking of having all my deer stands sprayed and maybe even the deck of my boat, if the spray comes in white.
